At the same time, oversight parliamentary committees as\nwell as civil society organizations which are monitoring mega investment\nprojects need to enhance their capacity and understanding on PPPs or else\ninfrastructure development will continue to lag far behind neighboring\ncountries. \n\nIn this regard, Sandhi is implementing this PPP program which includes\ncapacity building training for parliamentarians, civil servants and civil\nsociety organizations and research component which focuses on monitoring of\nongoing PPP projects in Myanmar.
